Meet the Team

Fay Carnell
Business Development Director

Fay started her established media career at London’s prestigious Paramount Pictures where she spent over 10 years developing diverse skills across different aspects of the media industry. Following this, Fay enjoyed taking on the challenge of supporting independent TV and Feature Film producers whilst working for Producer Alliance Cinema and television (P.A.C.T.). However in 2006, having met Keith Bishop, Fay couldn’t resist the opportunity to join the exciting and unpredictable rollercoaster that is MCS Ltd.

Rory Sheen BA (Hons)
PR Executive

Recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in French and German from Manchester University, PR executive Rory Sheen is the latest addition to the MCS team. Rory’s interest in the media industry began at the age of fourteen when he began writing articles and interviewing Premier League footballers on behalf of the West Ham United Football Club fanzine Over Land And Sea. Fluent in French and German, Rory had an early talent for languages which he honed whilst studying at university. In 2007 Rory combined his passion for football with his language studies, securing a work placement as a translator for French Ligue 1 football club AS Nancy Lorraine. Whilst in France, Rory also worked closely with a group of French football agents to help establish their contacts in the UK. In his role as PR Executive, Rory assists CEO Keith Bishop in the running of MCS Ltd PR accounts, developing strong working relationships with journalists and editors in the aim of earning cutting edge media exposure for MCS Ltd clientele.

Tom Macnally BSc (Hons)

Since discovering an early love for dance and performance, Tom has choreographed for various professional productions, passed multiple dance exams and in 2009 and was ranked 3rd in the South of England and 12th in the UK at the National Student Ballroom and Latin-American Championships (in Blackpool). Tom still attends regular classes at Pineapple Studios as well as dancing as a member of Salsa-Diversion-Dance-Company (Fritha Fallon). What's more, in addition to his dance credits, Tom can be found playing a Kings Guard in the 2008 feature-film "The Other Boleyn Girl", as a supporting artist in commercials for KFC and the BBC and also in Corinne Bailey Rae's Music Video (I'd Do It All Again) 2009. During recent years, Tom has travelled extensively and worked both in Africa and America. However, having now graduated with his BSc. Psychology (hons) degree, Tom is thrilled to have joined the team at MCS Ltd London and now find himself in a position in which he can put his people skills into action... and all within an industry he loves.
